Experience exclusive access to the museum’s featured special exhibitions for up to 40 guests with a Special Exhibition Access Package. Packages include a viewing only option, or viewing plus light food and beverage. Please contact the Facility Rentals Department to discuss which would work best.
The museum’s highly trained docents and architectural guides can lead tours for groups of 10 to 15 guests or meet guests in the galleries to answer their queries about the art and architecture of this historic building. Please inquire about docent fees.
The museum can provide in-house A/V support for events, including microphones, sound system, CD players, risers/staging, video projection, and other equipment. Onsite tech support during the event is included with equipment rental. Contact the Facility Rentals Department for an estimate. Clients may also arrange for audiovisual services through a vendor.
The coat check room on the ground floor is available for use at events.
A green room may be requested for your vendors and entertainers. If available, it is accessible from 5:15 PM onward on the night of your event.
